We had a good time on our High School overnight trip to the University of Washington. Eleven students from different school districts in the Yakima Valley joined us.
Here are some photos of an activity our students participated in. They were tasked with coming up with their app. Each group discussed the pros and cons of apps they currently use.
Each group asked each other what kind of app would make their lives easier.
There were discussions on apps that could help with planning hangouts with friends and family trackers that would help with sail tasks and chores.
They could draw pictures of what each screen would look like on an app and then bring it to life using a tablet. Each group led us through each screen and discussed why we should use their app.
