"Hello, my name is Sarah McNeley. I was born in a small town in Oregon and lived on our family ranch. When I was a teenager, my family moved to the Yakima Valley, which was so different from the schools and towns I had lived in before. The Yakima Valley quickly became home, and except for a couple of short years, this Valley has been my home ever since. I have 2 wonderful kids and a 3rd bonus kid who keeps me busy and makes sure life stays fun! In 2022, we bought a house in Wapato and haven’t looked back since. It didn’t take long at all for me to feel a strong desire to find a way to make a difference in the lives of so many families across this valley who could use the extra kindness and help. I am excited to be part of The Campbell Farm family and to be involved in making a difference in the lives of the children and families that we can support."

This is a special donor shout out! On our last trip over the mountains from Yakima to Seattle we were welcomed with open arms by Connie and Warren Weber Wallingford of the Presbyterian Church of Bothell.

They greeted us with a trunk full of sack lunches including homemade cookies, diapers and formula for our Campbell Farm families back on the Yakama reservation, and most importantly after 3 hours on the road, a smile and a hug!

Connie and Warren have been long time supporters of The Campbell farm and we are so grateful for their service, support and council. A small act of kindness goes a very long way and means the world to each of us. Thank you!

To kick of May our 6th graders from UW STEM club took a field trip over the mountains for a campus visit and to participate in UW Engineering Discovery days. The year long program connects UW Engineering students with our group of 15 Campbell Farm Students from the Yakama Valley. This was our last trip out to the University Campus for the kids to be able to experience campus life and be able to try out college classes, interact with the materials, check out the library and even shop at the bookstore. This trip had them looking at cockroaches through a microscope - to say they loved it would be an understatement!
